The actual chatbot platform and core technology are provided by BotPenguin under their terms of service.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept BotPenguin's terms of service for platform usage

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Monthly subscription fee: $199/month (50% discount from regular price)
• 14-day free trial available for new customers
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Billing processed securely through Stripe
• No setup fees or hidden charges

Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds available within 30 days for unused service
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of the King Plan:

• No credit card required to start the trial
• Full access to all King Plan features
• Cancel anytime during the trial period
• Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial
• One trial per customer/business

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for monthly subscriptions
